Peppermint

It may be the most time consuming, but it is also the crop we are the proudest of. We love growing and producing a product that is directly consumed by the world. We also take great pride in the fact that we can do so in a safe and sustainable way.

Alfalfa Hay
Our alfalfa hay has primarily been sold to local dairies. It is always so satisfying looking at all of the bales produced during a cutting.

Sugar Beets

It’s our sweetest crop. We enjoy being a part of a co-op for this product. Our boys also love collecting the spilled beets at harvest.

Wheat

Wheat is a crucial crop in our rotation. It can help improve soil quality as well as help cycle nutrients and provide nitrogen credit.

Lemon Balm

Do you know what Lemon Balm is? It is part of the mint family, and it smells delicious! This is a new crop for us this year, and we are excited to see how it works on our farm!
